How much coffee is safe to drink during pregnancy?

When you look at the most reliable data, low to moderate coffee consumption (up to about four cups per day) is safe during pregnancy. At higher levels, the evidence is more mixed. It is worth noting that nearly all official bodies (ACOG, WHO) suggest that some caffeine is fine in moderation.
