For me, this would simply be a no. You’ve made the boundaries and they’ve been dismissed and ignored. A honest conversation between your spouse and their parents is needed. If that can’t or won’t happen, this is not going to change — and even if it does, it may not. And, in that case, you have two choices: deal with it or forego the childcare. Good luck, these things aren’t easy!
