I’m just posting to say I hear you and we are in the same boat. It’s easy for everyone else to say do not worry, and ‘they are fine,’ but when you see other children doing all the things, earlier or when your child ‘should’ be is very difficult to manage (at least IMO)! I had a very traumatic birth with my first — in Early Invention until he was three years old. Today, at almost 6–you would never even know! But now with my second (and perfectly ‘normal’ birth), she is delayed. Sometimes it feels like we can’t win, but on the same token we have two beautiful, smart, and healthy kids. Hang in there.
