Hi Village, I’m Trish! I’m Chief of Staff for a mineral sunscreen company, mom to a lil 18mo sunbeam in Dallas TX, and married to one of the most top tier humans on the planet.

I credit Emily and the ParentData community for the peace and confidence I have found through pregnancy and early parenthood, and am so grateful it exists. I love the reminders that there’s “no one way to parent” and the data-supported conversations and research shared in this community.

To get personal – I feel a little out of place in motherhood. I would say (whisper) I don’t generally enjoy it – like, this isn’t my “favorite season”. I love my daughter and I get a lot of joy from watching her grow, but I don’t feel a deep connection to being a mom. It’s like I feel like I don’t worry enough, or cry about milestones enough. So, I think I rather desperately seek community in motherhood to maybe build a deeper connection to it.
